Engineering and operations, held by the same team
We build networks and then we run them. Splitting those two functions across separate vendors is how environments end up undocumented, and how nobody ends up accountable when something breaks.
Our service pillars
Network design and implementation
Discovery and site survey, logical design, hardware selection, structured cabling, wireless engineering, carrier coordination, staged cutover and as-built documentation.
- Addressing, VLAN and routing design
- Switching, routing and firewall selection
- Wireless survey, design and validation
- Structured cabling and IDF build-out
- Cutover planning with a rollback

02Managed network services
The ongoing discipline: monitoring that means something, firmware and patch cadence, configuration backup and change control, capacity review and incident response against a written SLA.
- Availability and performance monitoring
- Firmware, patch and lifecycle management
- Configuration backup and change control
- Incident response under a defined SLA
- Scheduled business and capacity reviews

03 · SpecializationComcast CBR2 and EPON
Carrier-edge engineering at a depth most providers do not carry. We measure the access layer instead of guessing at it, and we escalate with evidence.
- CBR2 bridge and routed handoff design
- Static IP block placement done correctly
- EPON optical level baselining and trending
- Access selection, DOCSIS versus fiber
- Diverse access and tested failover
The technical deep dive
04Cybersecurity and continuity
Security that is built into the network design rather than bolted on afterward, plus backup and recovery that has been tested against a stated recovery objective.
- Segmentation for guest, staff, building systems and cameras
- Firewall policy design and review
- Endpoint protection and patch posture
- Backup design with tested restores
- Incident response runbook
Security and continuity
05Cloud and Microsoft 365
Tenant and identity design, mail flow, device management and hosted workloads. We run Microsoft 365 as our own back office, so this is not a service we outsource.
- Microsoft 365 tenant and license design
- Entra ID identity and conditional access
- Exchange Online mail flow and protection
- Intune device baselines and enrollment
- Cloud-hosted server workloads

Under one agreement
These are not five products with five contracts. Long-term clients hold a single Management Service Agreement that names the covered environment, the service levels and the escalation path.
Project work such as a build-out or a migration is scoped separately, but it lands inside the same relationship and the same documentation.
What we do not do
Naming the edges of our scope up front saves everyone a difficult conversation later.
We are not a carrier
We do not sell circuits or resell bandwidth as our own product. We specify, procure on your behalf, coordinate and then hold the carrier accountable. Your service contract stays in your name.
We do not do hourly break-fix as a business model
We will take on project work and we will do assessments for organizations we do not support. What we will not do is sell open-ended time on an environment nobody is responsible for.
We do not support what we cannot see
Anything under a service level has to be monitored, documented and within its support lifecycle. Equipment that fails those tests can stay in place, but it sits outside the SLA and the agreement says so.
Start with the assessment.
Every engagement begins the same way: we document what you have before anyone proposes what you need.
