About Infinity Networks
A South Florida network engineering and managed services firm. Small enough that you know who is working on your environment, deep enough to solve the problems other providers escalate away.
Engineers first
Infinity Networks LLC is a network engineering firm that also provides managed services, which is a different animal from a managed services provider that subcontracts engineering.
The distinction shows up in practice. When a problem does not match a runbook, someone who understands the protocol layer has to look at it. When a carrier says there is no fault on their side, someone has to be able to read the counters and disagree with authority. When a design decision made three years ago is causing an outage today, someone has to be willing to say so.
We are built around that capability rather than around ticket volume.

How we actually behave
Values pages are usually interchangeable. These are the ones we would want a client to hold us to.
Document everything, and give it to the client
Your topology, your configurations, your credentials, your as-builts. Providers who hold documentation hostage are protecting themselves from competition rather than earning renewal. If you leave, you leave with everything.
Say the uncomfortable thing early
If a backup will not meet the recovery objective, if a design will not scale, if a piece of equipment is past support, we say it while it is cheap to address. Nobody has ever thanked a provider for staying quiet.
Measure before you argue
Opinions about whose fault an outage is are worth very little. Counters, captures and timestamps are worth a lot. We instrument first and escalate with evidence.
Stay carrier-independent
We do not resell connectivity as our own product. That keeps us free to tell you a circuit is wrong, push back on a carrier hard, and recommend a competitor’s service when it is the better fit.
Scope honestly, including what we exclude
Everything we cannot commit to supporting is named in the agreement. Surprise exclusions discovered during an outage are how trust ends.
Build for the next engineer
We assume someone else will inherit this network. Configurations are conventional, labeling is consistent, and nothing depends on one person’s memory. That includes ours.
We run what we recommend
Our infrastructure is not hypothetical. We host our own virtual machines on AWS Lightsail, front our public services with Cloudflare, and run Microsoft 365 as the back office for mail, identity, files and collaboration.
Every recommendation we make about cloud hosting, edge protection, DNS, identity or mail security comes out of operating that stack ourselves, including the parts that went wrong before we got them right.
- Self-hosted virtual machines on AWS Lightsail
- Cloudflare at the edge for DNS, TLS, caching and protection
- Microsoft 365 for identity, mail, files and collaboration
- Monitoring, configuration backup and change control applied to our own environment first

Robert: add a short bio, a photo and the rest of the team. Named people with real backgrounds convert better than anonymous “our engineers” copy, particularly with HOA boards.
Talk to the person who will run your account.
No call center, no discovery form routed to a salesperson. You will speak with someone who can discuss your environment technically on the first call.
