Service Area

Where we work

Our local service area is four South Florida counties. We are direct about that boundary, because a provider who claims statewide coverage usually means a long drive when your site is down.

Outside the four counties

We support client locations beyond the local service area, and we do it regularly for organizations whose headquarters are here and whose operations are not.

What changes is onsite dispatch. Remote support, monitoring, configuration work and carrier escalation are unaffected by distance. A technician physically attending a site outside the four counties is scheduled rather than same-day, and it is priced differently.

That distinction is written into the agreement rather than discovered on an invoice, and it is one of the questions we ask during the assessment rather than after the contract is signed.

Multi-site organizations

If your headquarters is in South Florida and you have sites elsewhere, that is a normal arrangement for us. We standardize the design across locations, manage everything centrally, and use local hands where physical attendance is required.

Why we name the boundary

Trip charges and dispatch expectations are one of the most common sources of friction between a client and a provider, and almost always because nobody defined them in advance.

Our billing policy treats the four local counties as one dispatch zone and everything else as another. Whether or not you ever read that policy, the effect on your agreement is stated plainly in the scope section.

Ask us about it during the assessment. We would rather explain it once, up front, than defend it later on an invoice.
